This ClinMass® Complete Kit is intended for the therapeutic drug monitoring of immunosuppressants and is now available with automated sample pretreatment with liquid handling systems of several device manufacturers.
The time-saving analytical method is performed from 96-well plates and enables a significantly increased sample throughput. Depending on the device manufacturer, there is a capacity to process up to 1000 samples* per day (8 h). Furthermore, automated sample handling enhances process security (complete audit trail) and productivity essentially.
The subsequent sample analysis is performed on-line within a 2 min injection interval. For analysis, an internal standard containing the isotope labelled analytes (d12-Cyclosporin A, 13Cd2-Tacrolimus, 13Cd3-Sirolimus und 13C2d4-Everolimus) and ClinMass® Optimisation Mixes are available.
Two ClinCal® Whole Blood Calibrator Sets ( 4- and 7-Level) are provided for precise calibration and measurement and may be optionally extended by an additional high calibration point. Quality control is performed with ClinChek® Whole Blood controls in five different levels.
